To answer this question from my own experience, I must focus on my current profession: teaching. I work as a teacher for the Ministry of Education, a job I consider irreplaceable. I have 23 years of service, and with only two years left until retirement, I continue to see that the need for educators in this field is enormous.
Guiding and supporting the learning of children and adolescents requires a sensitivity that only human beings possess. Therefore, I see the possibility of us being replaced by Artificial Intelligence as very remote. Instead, I see AI as a powerful tool to facilitate our work; if we learn to use it to our advantage, the potential is limitless. The future of work will be increasingly dynamic, but the end of teaching is not near.
It is undeniable that technology has transformed our lives. However, human guidance in the intellectual and professional development of new generations compels us to reinvent ourselves. Just as in nature, the secret lies in adapting to evolve in the face of the new demands of the work environment.

Es innegable que la tecnología ha transformado nuestras vidas. Sin embargo, la guía humana en la formación intelectual y profesional de las nuevas generaciones nos obliga a reinventarnos. Al igual que ocurre en la naturaleza, el secreto está en adaptarse para evolucionar ante las nuevas exigencias del entorno laboral.
