Laws and Rules have failed to stop them. To reduce their spreading in the minds of people we need to adopt aggressive changes in many things. A progressive society always brings variations in its justice system according to modern requirements. It doesn't have any doubt that violence is unstoppable due to many factors. If we act upon a few things, we can minimize it.
Can We Control Violence?
Violence is any activity that can harm, injure, or destroy any smooth state of a man. It can be for joy, entertainment, or to destroy someone's reputation. Modern tools of socialism have triggered these activities. Either in movies or in practical life, violence should be dealt with effectively to stop its spreading in our society.
Can we control Violence in this modern era? Yes we can control it in many ways. But we have to understand its nature and toxicity. Our young generation can play their role in its reduction. Following things can help to stop the violence.
1. By Educating People:
We need to teach and learn how we can resolve conflicts, how to stop negative emotions and thoughts, and how we can strengthen empathy. We can spread awareness about the harms of violence in schools and seminars.
2. By Strengthen Law and Order
Where the situation of law and order is weak, violent activities are very common. We need to modify our laws to punish people strictly who are found to be engaged in violence. We strengthen justice and judiciary.
3. By Addressing Media Influence
Violence to be watched in movies and dramas should be addressed properly. People take impressions from films, movies, and dramas. We need to preach to people that violence watched in movies is fake and has punishment if done in practical life.
These three things are very sensitive and should be taken seriously to stop violence in our society. Otherwise, it can change into terrorism and other crimes.
Violence in One Province Can Affect Peace in other provinces:
In Pakistan, violence is in a very drastic state. Every other day, you can witness it on every second Street. Recently, people have faced kidnapping, target killing, sexual abuse, and mental torture. Agencies, instead of stopping these things, have been blamed as a catalyst source. When this sort of violence is not treated well, it gives rise to big crimes. Many sources confirm that people who were facing violence are now fighting for revenge. We need to reduce violence publicly in either form. It is the worst thing when people are forced to spread violence because they are facing violence continuously.
Final Thoughts
Violence is physical abuse. We can't torture someone or defame someone because we don't like someone. We learn how to spread violence in movies and preach it in society, which is the very worst. We need to learn how we can reduce it, how we can teach people about it, and how we can punish people who are the source of violence. Moreover, we can monitor it in our society. Our young generation is unaware of its harms; we need to teach and control them. We can't forcefully apply our roles or our willingness to someone. We need to understand human rights that we should respect to mitigate violence issues.
