There is always a strange love and magical taste hidden in mother's cooking. Especially if it is a sweet dish, then there is no question. Since childhood, we have loved various desserts made by our mother. The appeal of the dishes made by our mother during busy life or on holidays is different. Today, when I suddenly wanted to eat something sweet, my mother made a very delicious caramel pudding with her own hands.
This pudding was as beautiful to look at as it was very tempting to eat. The soft pudding arranged on the plate and the golden caramel syrup floating on it spread a sense of satisfying taste. The process of making it is very simple and can be made quickly with some very simple ingredients.
The main ingredients for making pudding are pure milk, eggs and a certain amount of sugar. First, the milk is boiled well in a pot and cooled. Then, the eggs and sugar are beaten well with the milk to make a smooth mixture. To remove the raw smell of eggs, adding a little vanilla essence or cardamom powder increases the aroma many times.
In another bowl, a little sugar and a little water are added to the stove over low heat to make a beautiful golden caramel. After the caramel has set, pour the previously beaten milk and egg mixture into it. Then, place the bowl in a large pot with water and a stand to steam and cover it.
After steaming for about twenty to thirty minutes, check with a toothpick or stick to see if the pudding is completely solid. Once cooked, remove it from the stove and let it cool at room temperature for some time. When it is completely cooled, invert the bowl on a plate to reveal a delicious caramel pudding.
Every bite of today's pudding had the right amount of sweetness and extraordinary smoothness. Even an expensive dessert from a restaurant will be inferior to the love of this simple pudding made by mother's hands. It was truly a wonderful moment to sit together as a family and enjoy this delicious treat.
