I've leaned into AI for a while now and it seems like crypto has become a topic of the past and it's hard to blame myself for that because AI has been what almost everyone talks about these days.
For a while back, every crypto project was simply attaching AI to their products to attract VC funding, so attention was only going to naturally move away from crypto and the promise of finance on distributed networks.
Notwithstanding, this is an ecosystem to continually keep tabs on because the future of finance is on-chain, that's just inevitable.
AI Agents
If you're not living under a rock, you probably have heard of something called an AI agent and you've also probably heard that they will automate so much across industries that the future of work and economic developments will be agentic.
From debates of talent replacement and displacement, to exploring a potential co-working environment, AI agents have become a topic that cannot be missed or treated as low-hanging or insignificant.
Tokenization
Similarly, tokenization is of the greatest importance in this age.
The world is developing fast and the changes that come with that require so much value and systems to move on-chain.
This means that capital that is today existing as off-chain liquidity, assets or simply money, needs to move to a financial layer that accomodations or can facilitate the demands associated with a face-paced economic future.
Fast markets require financial solutions that can handle volumes at speed.
That said, beyond speed, tokenization brings about fractional ownership and opens up everything to being tradable.
AI agents + tokenization
I believe this is a crucial topic because if the future holds a reality where people are pushed out of work, then there has to be an alternative means to generate income or value for individuals and the clearest path here is collective ownership of the systems or tech that creates enormous value.
If AI agents will run the economies of various nations, it is only smart that agents will become tokenized tech solutions whose value output is traded for profit.
We could see a complete overhaul of what “ownership” of value flow looks like.
If agents are creating enormous value, fair share could only be determined by tokenization.
An agent is funded through capital raise for agent tokens and all economic output effectively becomes the incentives for the investors.
Imagine a trading agent that is tokenized and goes on to average 47% APR yearly. Investors in such agents would be outperforming several assets and markets.
