When I go to the store to buy a new light bulb for a chandelier the predecessor of which has already ceased to emit what we call light then. as a rule I try to buy a brighter bulb 100 watts no less so as not to feel like a mole, who can feel some distant presence of light with his sensors but in fact is in the twilight.
I do not like half-heartedness there must be light or darkness drivers know how difficult it is to drive a car for a long time in the twilight when daylight does not help to see the traffic situation and the headlights do not cope well with this since their light is scattered in the twilight.
Maybe dim light can give a chance to see a black cat in a dark room but this is only a weak hope that is not worth relying on.
Yes, such excessive dim light can be observed in politics in medicine in business in those cases when you do not understand the end result of the decisions taken they are like light but you do not see what is in front of you.
But there are times when I am ready to put up with dim light and these are the moments of sunrise and sunset when you can take interesting photos.
At such moments dim light especially emphasizes the silhouettes of trees making them a source of some mystery.
Dim light has little effect on the life of plants it cannot motivate them to vigorous growth but, apparently it was planned that photographers would be the ones who would find inspiration in dim light as a background against which we will see the dance of tree branches.
