This is Alysha here once again with an interesting article on InLeo. In this post I am going to share my thoughts and opinions about the Reward pool system of the Hive Blockchain. I will also try to give my opinion about how should the content creation be rewarded to make it more fair the authors and the blockchain.
At first I am going to describe about what is Reward Pool. Every day, a fixed amount of HIVE tokens are allocated to the network reward fund, commonly called the "reward pool." These get distributed to authors and curators for posting and voting on content. Up to 50% of a post's payout is awarded to curators (the people who upvoted the post) as a reward for discovering the content. The other 50% is awarded to the author.

That's mean a certain amount of $HIVE tokens are distributed every day. In this case the amount of reward per post depends on the curators. The more Hive Power accounts give upvotes, the more rewards a post can generate.
Upvotes in Hive are stake-weighted. Therefore voters with more Hive Power have a greater influence over the allocation than voters with less HP, but their votes do not increase the amount of rewards in the rewards pool.
In the Hive Blockchain all the produced tokens cannot go to the block producer fully like other Blockchain. the Hive blockchain allocates a majority of the new tokens to a reward fund called the "rewards pool". The rewards pool gives users tokens for participating in the platform based on the value they add. The new token distributed among the block producer (Witnesses), Authors, commenter and Stake holders.
Now I am going to share my thoughts about how should the content creation be rewarded to benefit everyone. We can see that there are various kind of authors are making post on Hive about different topics. I think this is not so hard to get the most effort full posts for curating. By curating the most effort full content, the authors will be more inspired to make content. On the other hand, we don't have to neglect the medium quality of posts. We can also curate them and make a comment on their post about how they can create more effective posts on Hive. As a result, we can get some good quality authors with a healthy community. Another thing is, we should warn the spammer to stop making noise to the community and suggest them to make creative content.
