First and foremost, I am not an expert in uploading songs, but it is simple enough that even I can do it.
This is how I upload music to INLEO and the #partytime Threadcast.
Once I find a song on YouTube, I open a new window in INLEO and go to the latest tab. This is where I initially put the music.
I will highlight the song title and artist on the YouTube page and paste it into a new Thread.
I will also add the following tags.
In addition, I put this in the thread - Link in comments
I will add cover art if possible, but this is optional. The tags are most important so that the music is indexed properly.
Next, back to the YouTube page and select "SHARE" this will open a dialogue box that gives you sharing options. You want to choose "EMBED"
Then you will copy the code and go back to your Thread and add the link in the comments of your Thread.
You MUST add the code to comments, as you cannot put links in the main Thread.
This is how my Thread looks...
Now that I have my song loaded to INLEO, I will put a link to it in the #partytime Threadcast.
I will open the "Show this thread" link, which will open the comments page. Here, you will see the actual music video.
In the top right corner of the music link, you will select "Copy Link"
Take that copied link and paste it into the #partytime Threadcast.
