Hello everyone your welcome to my blog today ❤️
Family is the basic unit of ay society because each person is born to a family. Anything either positive or negative that affects a society can be traced down to families. Family either nuclear or extended shares love, oneness and many other great virtues/values together. Blood as said "is ticker than water" and that's why family ties is a strong tie.

Blessed are those who have a large, extended family. How wonderful it is to see a house full of people! Of course, as long as there is unity, the size of the family does not really matter. Some families are made up only of parents and children, while in others, things extend to grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, and other relatives. In some cases, it is just a mother and her child. I think there is a different kind of joy in a house full of people. My uncles have always been very present in my life, and I am the kind of person who truly enjoys being close to family, spending weekends together, whether with grandparents, cousins, or uncles. But are times changing.
I think things may become a little sad after a few generations. Fewer people may mean less joy and fewer celebrations. But, well, there is one thing I can say: I am blessed because I have five wonderful uncles, good people who became father figures to me, since I did not have a present father in my life. My uncles were truly like fathers to me, hardworking people who taught me from an early age to be honest and dedicated, to fight for the things I want, and to work hard to achieve them without stepping on anyone along the way. I have always had a great relationship with my uncles, and I have incredible memories of my childhood with them. They were the ones who taught me how to fish, ride a bicycle, play soccer, and perhaps everything I know today has been influenced by them in some way. They played a major role in shaping the person I am today and also helped fill the void my father left behind.
I remembered while growing up back then, the festive season of December/January is always a memorable one even as
my uncles and aunts do come around with their kids (who would have been on holiday) to celebrate with us. I always look forward to that time when I was much younger then. Not only that, during the long school vacation (of about 7 weeks) back then in my primary/secondary school, I do travel to my aunt's place which is the next town to where my parents are living and is always a memorable moment.
I think relationships with extended family can vary greatly, depending on things such as the geographical distance separating people, personality differences, the status of the family circumstances of the members in the family, and what level of intentional effort each person makes towards keeping those relationships going. Because everyone gets caught up in their own lives, it’s easy to drift apart. Often there isn’t even an actual fight or disagreement, there’s just the slow drifting of people growing apart. That would most likely be how I’d describe my current relationships with my aunts and uncles.
