Hello everyone your welcome to my blog today its your girl @betheloji12.
India united is indeed a very good community and it has impacted and change life's a lot . I’m really impressed in the way we stand with each other and support each other here. It really shows how far sisters can go to stand up for each other and support each others growth in the community. May we continue to grow in strength and grace, and our secret prayers will all be answered and we will celebrate more fruitful together .

So this brings us to the topic for this weeks prompt there are a lot of special treats I will like to bring to the table but one always stands out for me and that would be my native soup. I am a Nigerian and from the igbo tribe to be precise and igbos have different soups which are peculiar to them and I would love to share mine with us all today so lets dive right into it .
So my special soup is ukazi soup and egusi balls. So this is a very special dish for Ngwa’s because I'm from Isi Ala Ngwa north in Abia state. So our native soup is made with ukazi leaves , egusi melon seeds, palmoil, stockfish, meat and molded egusi balls, crayfish , basketfish, freshpepper , onions ,salt and maggi. Then to crown it all up we garnish it with a chewable root called Achara and then it can be paired with any swallow. The soup dose not take too long to be done and trust me it is very delicious and smells really nice .

So this is a special delicacy and my favourite food . I will love to share with the indiaunited because it means a lot to me and reminds me of my culture.
Thank you for stopping by my blog today.
