The AI War and Profitable Bitcoin

Things have really been heating up over the last three months in the crypto world. Moving from $25,000 to now $41,000 bitcoin is already pushing closer and closer to all time highs before any big news has broke about Spot ETFs etc. It just feels overall like the start of the bull run yet many are still sitting back wondering if this really is the big one.

Well considering the fact that Bitcoin is up nearly 100% in just 3 months I'd say that's pretty damn bullish.

In fact even El Salvador is saying they are now in profit for the bitcoin mining they started a long time ago and to be fair I'd tend to believe him and say other countries like the USA are stupid for trying to stop it and poking fun at everyone else whos actully making tons of profits off of a digital asset.

Sadly the USA government is filled with old farts that simply just don't understand it and I'd have to say that's now one of the most hurtful things happening in the country which could see it slowly lose power over time now. Unless it's citizens start to just mine the heck out of it and profit from it which is a very real case as well. That's kind of the beautiful thing about the USA is being able to make the choices you want with minimal government oversight (Even though it's been getting much worse in the last 22 years)

AI Wars

Nvidia saw it's first major bull run back in 2021 with the bull market rally and demand for GPUs at an all time high with Ethereum price taking off and still on a Proof of Work system a lot of people setup massive expensive GPU rigs. But once talk and also news came out about Ethereum moving to Proof of Stake we saw Nvidias price drop drastically.

But with all of that new money flowing into the company you should figure it should open up some new doors and boy did it ever. The most recent rally is now being fueled by what many are calling the AI war in which Nvidia is providing the tools and resources to fuel it. (The processing power)

What's really crazy is many thought quantum computing was going to be the next thing. But so far those real world test cases with it really haven't amounted to anything and might ultimately be a failed project or one that many don't seem to want to go after anymore.

Instead the new race is on for AI and we are seeing it enter into many of our every day lives through the applications and programs we use online. Nvidia chips have the leading edge on others when it comes to current AI processes such as chat bots, image, facial and speech recognition.

But that's the extent of it and it's unclear if this field will advance much further. What comes next in the AI world digitally then what we already have? It already writes articles, makes videos, creates music, alters and makes images and provides data and other resources on the fly. But what's next? There really doesn't seem to be a next step at this point besides evolving it to be better at providing the videos, music and images people (Humans) are looking for. Outside of that it's pretty much done.

This leads the question if Nvidia will remain in the upper hand of things and if generative AI will continue to evolve further. What are you thoughts on the next move with AI?
