What are my plans for the festive season and how do i plan on balancing that with my everyday activities?
Introduction:
It is a very beautiful thing to celebrate Christmas as it is the true definition of love. For the little while that I have lived on Earth, most of my Christmas celebrations are always held in my family house not until i started growing up and having to live a life outside of my family that I started celebrating Christmas on my own. for the very first time it was wired but after the second time of celebrating Christmas without going home it kind became a normal thing to me. Celebrating Christmas with one's family is the best at least I have experienced it my whole life and I can testify to that. Last year Christmas celebration I happen to have been a way from home on a year program (NYSC) that was held in Abuja Nigeria which was very far from home and I didn't get to go home for the celebration and as well didn't get to celebrate it with friends as I was new to the environment and didn't have any friends as of then but this year's Christmas will be different as I have clear plans right from three months ago haha.
What are my plans for the festive season?
My plans for this festive season is to get the best out of a genuine happiness between myself and people around me. Let me explain, I have spent Christmas practically receiving gifts from family members to friends and the very first time I got to give out gifts was that of 2 years ago and last year Christmas wasn't celebrated as I was in a very new environment with literally no friends as I relocated there for he one year program in the middle of December. But this year is different as I intend to gift people around me something special. It is true that money is powerful and at the same time if it is not been put to the right things it can still be of not use. In this case of celebrating Christmas with love in regards to our Lord Jesus Christ, I intend to gift out some second handed bought sneakers to three of my guy best friends (Austin,Ekene,and Okey) and one new classy for my partner and last but not the list a second hand hp laptop for my best friend princess cuz she always cry about not having a backup laptop haha. I want to surprise her.
How do i plan on balancing this with my everyday activities? (Conclusion)
Well there is nothing much for me to work on in the month of December as most of my plans in establishing "B-Bold Couture" my clothing brand is fixed to take place in the month of January. This December is practically for me to keep in touch with one or two people that are working with me and my teams for different planning so this month is not much and balancing these things are not even stressful as I get to most times work from home. Most of the meetings do take place during weekend starting from Thursday's to Saturday's and the rest of the days I get to check on with my normal life activities. In conclusion, where I live is known to be a upper class people's environment down from the estate, but that does not mean I have forgotten the days where I have to suffer before I feed and so I have took it upon myself that this December, I will meet with a charity home and give out 100k naira in cash. I already have someone who work there so it's easier. Although I didn't have it in mind to make it publicly as I believe that whatever I am doing for the less privilege should be in private as it as always been, but then again I hope that God bless me and everyone helping out there so we can keep doing this.
