The Super Bowl is almost here and all sorts of delicious foods come out in the form of appetizers, snacks and entrees. My work had a pre-Super Bowl snack table, and one of my coworkers came up with a fantastic, easy recipe for a dessert that is snack-size and requires no cooking!
The recipe is super simple! You'll want a tinfoil pan or pie plate. You'll take a block of cream cheese and spread it on the bottom, so that it's about 1/4" thick.
Next, take a can of apple pie filling and pour it evenly over top. Use a pair of scissors to cut the apples into smaller pieces, about 1/4" long.
Lastly, take caramel syrup and pour it evenly over top of everything.
Now, you need something to do dip in it!
Graham crackers are a good option.
My coworker recommended using Scooby Snacks, and I agree that they're far better! They're thicker, which makes them better for dipping, and they also have a hint of cinnamon to them, which adds to the flavor!
I was fortunate there was still a lot left after everyone had their fill, so I got to take the leftovers home!
