Greetings, beautiful Amazing Drinks community 🤗
It's midday and I'm just getting home. It's really hot at this time of day. I wanted to have a Malta (a drink made from barley and Sugar). I sometimes have it because it refreshes me and gives me energy, but I preferred to get home and make my own refreshing drink, which is much healthier too.
As soon as I opened the door to my house, I greeted my dog and cat, put away the groceries I brought from the supermarket, and immediately started preparing this drink. I already had in mind what ingredients I was going to use.

Immediately, I started washing and disinfecting the apple and carrot. I used two oranges. I washed them very well and then squeezed out their juice.

Ingredients:
- 1 green apple.
- 1 small carrot.
- 300 ml of natural orange juice.
- 1 cup of ice.
- 2 tablespoons of honey.
Let's get to our preparation:
The first thing we always do is wash our hands thoroughly and wash and disinfect the fruits and vegetables we will be using.
Then we go straight to chopping the carrots and apples.

Es mediodía y vengo llegando a casa, a esta hora hace mucho calor, quería tomar una Malta (bebida a base de Cebada y Azúcar) a veces la tomo porque me refresca y me da energías, pero prefería llegar a casa y hacerme mi propia bebida refrescante, además mucho más saludable.
Apenas abrí la puerta de mi casa, saludé a mi perrito y gatita, acomodé la compra que traía del supermercado y enseguida me puse a preparar esta bebida, ya tenía en mente con que ingredientes la iba a hacer.

Enseguida me puse a lavar y desinfectar la Manzana y la zanahoria, las Naranjas, usé dos, las Lavé muy bien y luego saqué su jugo.

Ingredientes:
- 1 Manzana Verde.
- 1 Zanahoria pequeña.
- 300 Ml de Jugo de Naranja natural.
- 1 Taza de Hielo.
- 2 Cucharadas de Miel.
Vamos con nuestra Preparación:
Lo primero que siempre haremos es lavarnos muy bien las manos y lavar, desinfectar los vegetales y frutas que usaremos.
Luego vamos directo a picar la Zanahoria y la Manzana.

Estos ingredientes los llevamos a la licuadora y le agregamos el Jugo de Naranja.

Añadimos también las dos cucharadas de Miel y procedemos a licuar todo muy bien.

Por último agregamos el Hielo y volvemos a encender la licuadora y nos aseguramos que todo quede bien integrado.

¡Listo! el resultado es una bebida muy refrescante, además llena de vitaminas 💪 estos tres ingredientes juntos son magníficos, este batido quedo delicioso!
