Greetings dear AmazingDrink community, I hope you are having a happy holiday season with your family, I wish you a lot of peace 🤗 🙏

Today I realized that I had some Peaches that were about to be damaged and I was thinking what will I do with them, I could still eat them like this but I didn't feel like it, then I remembered the compotes that I have made for my mother and I decided to make with them something very similar.

I also had an Apple and Cambur, well from the mixture of those fruits comes out this delicious Juice.

In my juices I practically do not use refined sugar, in fact I almost never use sweeteners, but when I have dates I use them whenever I have the opportunity because I know they are excellent for being healthy, plus it is a totally natural and delicious sweetener, I love to consume them with this kind of drinks.

So this juice is totally natural, full of vitamins everywhere you look.

Now without further ado I invite you to make this delicious Fruit Juice together 😊

Ingredients:

• 3 Peaches or Peaches.
• 1 Apple.
• 1 Cambur or Banana.
• 4 Dates, you can use another sweetener, such as Honey.
• Two cups of filtered water.

Let's go with the preparation:

We start by chopping the Apple and the Peaches.

Then we take these fruits to cook, I did it steamed, but you can cook it in the way that best suits you.

While the fruits are cooking we are going to hydrate the dates in a little bit of warm water, when we hydrate them they become softer and it is much easier to blend them.

When the fruits are tender, take them off the stove and let them cool to room temperature, try not to throw away the water you have used for cooking because we are going to use it.

Once we have our fruits at room temperature we are going to put them in the blender.

Now add the Cambur.

And add the Dates that we have previously hydrated.

Pour the water, I used water from the cooking of the fruits together with more cold water, in total I used 500 ml.

Blend everything very well.

***And now we have our delicious juice ready! If you want it more liquid, just add a little more water, and if you want it more refreshing, just add more ice.

Render: 2 and a half glasses.

Saludos querida comunidad de AmazingDrink, espero y estén pasando unas felices fiestas en unión de sus familiares, sobre todo les deseo mucha paz 🤗 🙏

Hoy me di cuenta que tenía unos Duraznos que estaban a punto de dañarse y estaba pensando que haré con ellos, todavía me los podía comer así pero no me apetecía, entonces me acordé de las compotas que le he hecho a mi madre y decidí hacer con ellos algo muy parecido.

También tenía una Manzana y Cambur, bueno de la mezcla de esas frutas sale este Jugo delicioso.

En mis Jugos prácticamente no uso Azúcar refinada, de hecho casi nunca uso endulzantes, pero cuando tengo Dátiles los suelo usar cada vez que tengo oportunidad porque sé que son excelentes para estar saludable, además es un endulzante totalmente natural y delicioso, me encanta consumirlos con esta clase de bebidas.

Así que este Jugo es totalmente natural, lleno de vitaminas por donde le mires.

Ahora sin más preámbulos te invito a que juntos hagamos este delicioso Jugo de Frutas 😊

Ingredientes:

• 3 Duraznos o Melocotones.
• 1 Manzana.
• 1 Cambur o Banana.
• 4 Dátiles, puedes usar otro endulzante, como la Miel.
• Dos tazas de Agua Filtrada.

Vamos con la preparación:

Empezamos picando la Manzana y los Duraznos.

Luego llevamos estas frutas a cocinar, yo lo hice al vapor, pero puedes cocinarla de la manera que mejor te convenga.

Mientras se cocinan las frutas vamos a poner a hidratar los dátiles en un poco de Agua tibia, cuando los hidratamos se ponen más suaves y es mucho más fácil licuarlos.

Cuando ya están tiernas las frutas, bajamos de la cocina y dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente, trata de no botar el Agua que has usado para la cocción porque esa la vamos a usar.

Ya que tenemos nuestras frutas a temperatura ambiente las vamos a echar en el vaso de la licuadora.

Ahora agregamos el Cambur.

Y añadimos los Dátiles que previamente hemos hidratado.

Vertemos el Agua, yo he usado Agua de la cocción de las frutas junto con más Agua bien Fría, en total usé 500 Ml.

Licuamos todo muy bien.

---

¡Y ya tenemos listo nuestro delicioso jugo! 🤤 con estas cantidades queda una bebida un poco espesa, si la deseas más líquida solo agrega un poco más de Agua, y si la deseas más refrescante solo agrega más hielo.

Rinde: 2 vasos y medio.
