When I saw how to make it, my mouth literally watered, and I wanted to try it to see how it tasted. I was definitely very satisfied. For that reason, today, with much love, I want to share this recipe with you. You.

Now without further ado, I invite you to join us in making this exquisite Mango Lemonade.

Ingredients:

  • 310 Grams of Mango.

  • 2 or 3 Lemons.
  • 250 ml of Coconut Milk.
  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk.
  • Ice to taste.

Let's get to the preparation.

We wash and disinfect the lemons thoroughly. I used two because they were large.

Then we chop the ends of each lemon. We cut it in half and remove all the white part, this is to remove the bitterness.

Then we cut it into four parts. If your lemons are large like mine, you can cut it into eight parts, this will make it easier to blend.

Once this is done with all our lemons, we put them in the blender and add 150 ml of cold water.

Blend very well.

Then we strain it through a sieve, leaving us with a highly concentrated juice.

Now, pour this juice into the blender and add the remaining 150 ml of water.

Next, add our mango. I used the large mango. Here in Venezuela, we call it "Manga," but you can use your favorite mango.

Add the coconut milk. The chef in the video uses commercial coconut milk, but I preferred to make my own.

We also add the condensed milk.

Now we blend for approximately 1 minute, until the mixture looks creamy.
