Greetings, dear vegan community 馃

Today I bring you a delicious vegan version of Chocolate Cake. This recipe is free of refined flours. In this case, I used a blend of Almond and Oat Flour, resulting in a very light and soft cake.

I think it's ideal for breakfast or a snack. I can tell you, it's just as good as traditional Chocolate Cakes. It's also much healthier, sweet but not cloying, and doesn't require oil since you can use almond butter or peanut butter.

Ingredients:

  • Oat and Almond Flour Mix. I used 30 grams of almonds and 90 grams of oats.
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • 250 ml of plant-based milk. I used almond milk.
  • 40 grams of granulated panela. You can use any other sweetener you prefer.
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
  • 30 grams of dark chocolate, 60 and 70 percent cocoa. We'll use this crushed.
  • Vanilla essence, one teaspoon.
  • 30 grams of dark chocolate for melting (optional).
  • Mold: 15 cm in diameter.

Let's get to the preparation:

Preheat our oven to 180 degrees.

Now in a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Start by adding the flour mix and the cocoa powder. These ingredients must be sifted beforehand.

Then add the chia seeds, baking powder, and salt.

Let's mix and integrate all these ingredients well.

Now add the plant-based milk.

Granulated panela, or whatever sweetener you normally use.

We also add the peanut butter and vanilla extract.

Now we mix until we get a homogeneous mixture.

Prepare your mold; it should be greased and floured.

Pour the mixture into the mold and add the crushed chocolate to the center of the mixture, making sure to cover the pieces with it.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes. This cake is moist, so a toothpick inserted into the cake may come out slightly moist.

After the time has elapsed, remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.

Then remove from the mold! If you wish, you can leave it like this.

But if you want even more chocolate 馃槏 you can decorate it with chocolate melted in a double boiler or in the microwave, and just put it on top of the cake. I took advantage of the fact that I had ground almonds and added a little on top as well. Almonds and chocolate are always an excellent combination 馃憣

Hoy les traigo una versi贸n vegana muy deliciosa de pastel de Chocolate, esta receta est谩 libre de Harinas refinadas, en este caso he usado una mezcla de Harina de Almendras y de Avena, esto da como resultado un pastel muy ligero y suave.

Creo que es ideal para desayunar o para una merienda, te digo que no tiene nada que envidiarle a los pasteles de Chocolate tradicionales, adem谩s que es mucho m谩s saludable, es dulce pero no empalagoso, y no requiere de Aceite ya que puedes usar mantequilla de Almendras o Mantequilla de Man铆.

Ingredientes:

  • Mix de Harina de Avena y Almendras, us茅 30 Gramos de Almendras y 90 Gramos de Avena.
  • 2 Cucharadas de Semillas de Ch铆a.
  • 4 cucharadas de Cacao en polvo.
  • 1 Cucharadita de Bicarbonato de Sodio.
  • 1/2 Cucharadita de Sal.
  • 250 Ml de Leche Vegetal, us茅 de Almendras.
  • 40 Gramos de Panela Granulada, puedes usar otro endulzante que prefieras.
  • 2 Cucharadas de Mantequilla de Man铆.
  • 30 Gramos de Chocolate oscuro, 60, 70 por ciento Cacao, este lo usaremos triturado.
  • Esencia de Vainilla, una cucharadita.
  • 30 Gramos de Chocolate oscuro para derretir, este es opcional.
  • Molde: 15 Cm de di谩metro.

Vamos con la preparaci贸n:

Precalentamos nuestro horno a 180 grados.

Ahora en un recipiente vamos a mezclar todos los ingredientes secos, empezamos echando el mix de harinas y el Cacao, estos ingredientes deben estar previamente cernidos.

Luego agregamos las Semillas de Ch铆a, el Polvo Para Hornear, y la Sal.

Vamos a mezclar integrando bien todos estos ingredientes.

Agregamos ahora la Leche Vegetal.

La Panela granulada, o el endulzante que normalmente usas.

A帽adimos tambi茅n la Mantequilla de Man铆 y la esencia de vainilla.

Ahora mezclamos hasta obtener una mezcla homog茅nea.

Preparamos nuestro molde, este debe estar engrasado y enharinado.

Vertemos la mezcla en el molde y le incorporamos el Chocolate Triturado en el centro de la mezcla procurando tapar los trozos con esta misma.

Metemos al horno por 20 minutos aproximado, este pastel es H煤medo por lo tanto cuando metas el palillo repostero este puede salir ligeramente h煤medo.

Transcurrido el tiempo sacamos del horno, dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente.

隆Luego desmoldamos! si es tu deseo lo puedes dejar as铆.

Pero si quieres a煤n m谩s chocolate 馃槏 lo puedes adornar con chocolate derretido en ba帽o de Mar铆a o en el microondas, y solo lo pones por encima del Pastel, aprovech茅 que ten铆a Almendras molidas y tambi茅n le a帽ad铆 un poco por encima, Almendra y Chocolate, siempre son una excelente combinaci贸n 馃憣
