Passion Fruit is one of those fruits that I love for its sour taste, it is very versatile in the kitchen, we can use it to make sauces, delicious desserts and exotic drinks.

Personally I love this fruit and today I am going to share with you a very healthy recipe, made with natural jelly and of course with passion fruit which is the protagonist.

It is an easy recipe, and when you want to eat something slightly sweet and at the same time nutritious, I think this recipe is perfect.

Now I invite you to make this Passion Fruit Jelly together.

Ingredients:

  • 15 Grams of natural powdered gelatin.
  • 500 Ml of filtered water.
  • 2 or 3 Passion Fruit.
  • 3 tablespoons of honey.

Let's start with the preparation.

We start by cutting in two the Passion Fruit that we have previously washed and pour its pulp in the blender.

Then we add the Honey, I used 3 tablespoons, if you want it sweeter just put more sweetener, I can tell you that my Jelly was slightly sweet.

Now we add the 500 ml of filtered Water and blend.

Then we strain the mixture through a sieve.

Add the gelatin powder, mix very well, and let it rest for 5 minutes.

When the time has elapsed After 5 minutes, we pour our passion fruit juice into a pot, place it on the stove over low heat and stir until the gelatin dissolves very well, this preparation should not boil.

Now we are going to pour our juice into the molds that we are going to use, in this case I used the passion fruit peels and two glasses, you can use a single mold or do as I did, use individual molds.

We put it in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 hours.

After that time, our Gelatine is ready to enjoy! 👌 We can definitely call this Jello a healthy and refreshing dessert.

La Maracuyá es una de esas frutas que me encantan por su sabor ácido, es muy versátil en la cocina, la podemos usar para hacer salsas, deliciosos postres y bebidas exóticas.

Personalmente esta fruta la amo y hoy voy a compartir con ustedes una receta muy saludable, hecha con gelatina natural y por supuesto con Maracuyá que es la protagonista.

Es una receta fácil, y a la hora de querer comer algo ligeramente dulce y a la vez nutritivo, creo que esta receta es perfecta.

Ahora te invito a que juntos hagamos esta Gelatina de Maracuyá.

Ingredientes:

  • 15 Gramos de Gelatina natural en polvo.
  • 500 Ml de Agua filtrada.
  • 2 o 3 Maracuyá.
  • 3 Cucharadas de Miel.

Vamos con la preparación.

Empezamos cortando en dos las Maracuyá que previamente hemos lavado y echamos su pulpa en la licuadora.

Luego añadimos la Miel, yo he usado 3 cucharadas, si la quieres más dulce solo pon más endulzante, te puedo decir que mi Gelatina quedo ligeramente dulce.

Ahora añadimos los 500 ml de Agua filtrada y licuamos.

Luego pasamos la preparación por un colador.

Añadimos la Gelatina en polvo, mezclamos muy bien, dejamos reposar 5 minutos.

Cuando hayan transcurrido los 5 minutos, echamos nuestro jugo de Maracuyá en una olla, montamos en la cocina a fuego bajo y removemos hasta que la Gelatina se disuelva muy bien, esta preparación no debe hervir.

Ahora vamos a verter nuestro Jugo en los moldes que vayamos a usar, en este caso usé las Cascaras de maracuyá y dos copas, puedes usar un solo molde o hacer como hice yo, usar moldes individuales.

Metemos a refrigerar por unas 3 a 4 horas.

¡Y pasado ese tiempo, nuestra Gelatina esta lista para disfrutarla! 👌 definitivamente podemos llamar a esta Gelatina, un postre saludable y refrescante.
