ENGLISH.

Greetings, dear foodie friends 😊

Lately, I've been on a roll making different types of ice cream. I hadn't dared to try this type of recipe before because my refrigerators were executive-sized, and as you can imagine, the fridge wasn't big enough to make ice cream.

But now I have a very large refrigerator; it was a gift I unexpectedly received! 😍 And I can make many recipes I couldn't before, including ice cream, which is definitely one of my favorite desserts.

In the last post, I opened my fridge with some homemade banana ice cream that was really delicious, but today I bring you a different ice cream recipe, although its main ingredient is still banana.

I'm definitely amazed at how we can use bananas in our cooking, mainly for making desserts. Just by changing a few ingredients, we can make totally different recipes.

This recipe won't take you long, and the ingredients are very easy to find 😉

Come on, friends, let's make this recipe together.

Ingredients:

  • 280 grams of frozen ripe banana.
  • 2 tablespoons of condensed milk.
  • 30 grams of melted chocolate. Use any chocolate you like.
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Topping:

  • Crushed peanuts to taste.
  • Condensed milk to taste.

Let's get to the preparation:

The first thing we'll do is make sure our banana is frozen properly. We put it in the freezer the day before.

Take our banana and put it in a food processor or blender. Since my food processor is very small, I used a blender, and it worked well.

Then we'll add the condensed milk and melted chocolate.

We also add a pinch of salt and vanilla.

Blend, pausing several times. until everything is well integrated, we will have a very creamy mixture.

Now we just serve and add our favorite topping. I was tempted to add more condensed milk and crushed peanuts. I've always loved peanuts in ice cream, but you can add whatever you like best: walnuts or crushed almonds, chocolate, honey, etc.

Enjoy! 🤤 We have a very creamy ice cream with the crunchy texture of peanuts, and the best part is that we can make it at home without much effort or money.

Makes: 2 generous servings!

Note: If you want a less sweet and slightly healthier ice cream and don't want to use condensed milk, you can replace it with peanut or almond butter using the same amount described in the ingredients.

Thank you for your kind company and support, may the Creator bless you generously 🙏Image from thread

ESPAÑOL.

Saludos apreciados amigos foodie 😊
