I love drinking healthy drinks, and it's almost a ritual to make a smoothie right before breakfast. I don't usually use smoothies for weight loss because I'm naturally quite thin; I often use them as medicine for my body.

Normally, these kinds of smoothies don't contain sugar, but I do try to make them full of vegetables and maybe some fruit.

Today's recipe is great because it has all the vitamins necessary to keep your skin, hair, and nails in good condition. It's not about magic, but about maintaining discipline in what we consume.

This smoothie is rich in vitamins E, A, and healthy fats, as well as potassium. All of this wonder can be found in this amazing drink, and it also tastes great! 馃憣

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of carrots.
  • 80 grams of banana (this is a medium banana).
  • 90 grams of avocado.
  • 1.5 cups of almond milk. You can use another plant-based milk.
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

This recipe is actually very simple and quick to prepare; 10 minutes is all it takes.

Let's take the blender and add the carrot. It should be thoroughly washed, disinfected, and chopped.

Me encanta tomar bebidas saludables y es casi un ritual hacerme un Batido justo antes de desayunar, no suelo usar los Batidos para adelgazar, porque por naturaleza soy bastante delgada, muchas veces los uso como medicina para mi cuerpo.

Normalmente esta clase de batidos no lleva Az煤car, pero si trato de que est茅 lleno de vegetales y tal vez alguna fruta.

Esta receta de hoy es genial ya que tiene todas las vitaminas necesarias para mantener la Piel, el Cabello y las u帽as en buen estado, no se trata de magia sino de mantener una disciplina en lo que consumimos.

Este batido es principalmente rico en Vitamina E, Vitamina A, y en grasas saludables, adem谩s de Potasio, todo esta maravilla lo podemos encontrar en esta sorprendente bebida, adem谩s tiene muy buen sabor! 馃憣

Ingredientes:

  • 50 Gramos de Zanahoria.
  • 80 Gramos de Banana, es una Banana mediana.
  • 90 Gramos de Aguacate.
  • Taza y media de Leche de Almendras, puedes usar otra bebida vegetal.
  • 1 Cucharadita de Canela en Polvo.

Vamos con la preparaci贸n:

Realmente la preparaci贸n de esta receta es muy sencilla y r谩pida de hacer, con 10 minutos es suficiente.

Vamos a tomar el vaso de la licuadora y echamos la Zanahoria, est谩 debe estar minuciosamente lavada, desinfectada y picada.
