Greetings to our friends at Hive and @fulldeportes. Today I’m going to tell you about the 5th Anniversary Futsal In-House Games, organised by the Foundation, which are currently taking place in the municipality of Zamora, Aragua state.
It is worth noting that these two matches in the Under-14 category took place this afternoon, Wednesday, at the La Fundación del Niño grounds, located in the parish of Villa de Cura. The first match saw the Blue team take on the Black team; in the first half, Fundación dominated possession and opened the scoring with a goal, before the Black team began to attack the goal to level the score at 1–1.
The second half then got underway. The Blue team played with greater intensity, but when they got close to the opposition’s goal, they failed to convert their chances. However, they improved in defence, preventing the Black team from scoring any more goals, and the match ended in a 1–1 draw. With this result, the Blue team now has two defeats and one draw; they are set to face the White team, who are top of the Under-14s table.
The White team also went on to play against the Reds, both from the same Under-14s squad; the former played with just four players whilst the Reds had a full squad. Despite this, the White team demonstrated their dominance of the ball on the pitch, winning the first half 3–0. In the second half, the Whites maintained their intensity to extend their lead to five goals, whilst the Reds managed to score three; however, the Whites won 5–3.
