I'LL MAKE A 'DUTY TRACKER' IF I COULD.

I have been home from school for a little while now. As I like to do, I had in mind to carry out some certain activities during the course of this break, in order to sharpen my skills and/or be productive somewhat within the period. Back in school, I had pushed some of these things from one day to the next and to the next. For some, I just agreed that I wasn't well placed, and neither did I have the much luxury of time to pursue them and be devoted and still manage what i had on my plate.
I guess that from here, you can guess that I haven't totally been living up to that.

Seeing the question for this week, I pondered so much on what I really want, I did not think in the lines of the answer that I'd be giving now until I had moments that jerked me to realization.
I want to consider the question as one with infinite answering possibilities. Since there's not an end to what the mind can conceive, and with how terribly fast and amazing technology is advancing, there is no saying what can not be made.

That said, I don't know  how, when, and if at all it would be possible to make, but I'd want to create something that can prevent procrastination. I haven'tthought up a name for it but let's just go with duty tracker. I'm not a bad procrastinator. More than half the time, I stick to my plans, but I just think that would be helpful to bring it to a mimimal and nudge us towards productivity.  A number of us could do well with something like this. Among its capabilities will be the ability to detect when we're about to push something to a later day for reasons that are flimsy, even when we're not occupied with anything worthwhile. It definitely would work in a way that our goals and plans are well laid/documented into it.
Maybe it could zap us with a tiny electric shock(nothing that is lethal) or unleash a swarm of motivational quotes or give us some pep talk and play a recording(something we had made when we were at the low, telling and gingering ourselves that we would give in our all for a course) -whatever it takes to keep us on track!

That's not all...

It wouldn't also be bad (scratch that). With the device, would come the capacity to video record everything about my day -today- and then play itt the next day(in the morning before i start my day). It would be no more than a five-minute clip showing mostly the highlights of that day - bad and good.

I can not even tell how the device would be made. Maybe, it could be in the form of a button size camera placed at one of the buttons of my shirt  or could be in a piece of jewelry  or something, which could revolve the same way my eyes would and just record as it goes.

With this, I get to see how I was, what went well, what didn't, where or not I performed and generally reflect on it, know where to improve upon and give myself accolades in areas that I was terrific.

That's about it for my response to the Digi-Prompts topic #017, If You Could Build It.

Thanks for gracing this post.
Greetings!
