A landlord will always be different from a tenant. You might wonder why i started this way. Don don't worry, you will get to the understand what am talking about. Their is this popular parable often used in my community. It says that a tenant doesn't plant flowers. Hahaha, that's true anyway because when you are leaving the house as a tenant, you won't go with those flowers. A landlord or a landlady will plant flowers, cultivate crops and more. But a tenant only lives with instructions and rules garden the house. So, when it comes for my own job hunting and working experiences, i prefer working from home as a freelancer instead of working outside home to get paid monthly. Their are lots of benefits working from home as a freelancer. First, you will have enough time for yourself and your family unlike someone who is always in a hurry to meet up with time.Working from home as a freelancer makes you your own boss, you don't have anyone to answer Sir or Ma, no one to scode you or fire you if you came to work late. Those who work to get paid at the end of the month ends up not getting their salaries once month ends. For example, in the part of the world where i live, some do get their salaries at the second week of a new month instead of receiving their dues once the month ends. Some too, do receive little salary to compare to a heavy job they delivered throughout the month. I don't want anyone to control my time, life, holidays and movements in the name of working for him or her. Though working as a freelancer has little disadvantages. If you don't work, you will have nothing to earn at the end of the day but, one can always work to save for raining days.A stable monthly payments might not always take care of the responsibilities we have. But a freelancer can create multiple sources of income because she has all the time to make changes and create different job opportunities. But a salary earner doesn't have time for anything else about from her job. All these made me prefer working from home as a freelancer instead of working outside home for a stable payment.Once your payment is stable, nothing can be done about it. No matter what you do, you will receive salary based on the agreement between you and your boss. Another thing is that, a salary earner is owned by his or her employer she takes permission before staying back from work or attending any occasion. I don't need all these excuses. Now let's go back to my illustration, do you now see that a freelancer is like a landlord who controls everything happening in his house while i job paid owner is like a tenant who lives by rules and regulations of his landlord. Now tell me, which one do you prefer? A freelancer working from home or working outside home to get paid on monthly basis? I believe you will always chose to work from home because we women are occupied by so many things. Working from home will help us care for our family responsibilities more than working outside home.
