What are you doing this weekend and why?
High folks, welcome to my weekend Engagement challenge. Today i will be discussing with you what am doing this weekend. @galenkp, i told you to stay tuned. The hour has come, draw closer to see what is going on because you will find it interesting.Starting from Friday, i started with laundry and other house chores because i know i wont be chanced on Saturday to do them. So, towards evening that Friday, i went to the market for weekend shopping and, after that, i prepared dinner, got tired and had to rest for the day. Wow! It's already Saturday morning, preparation for my daughter's school career day. I prepared white rice with pepper soup chicken as our breakfast. I had to take her clothes and mine to a laundryman close to my house for for proper ironing. While he was ironing the clothes, i came back home to take my breakfast, bath my daughter and went back to pick up our clothes. I got her ready and she left before me because she has a parts to present at the event. (Barrister Shulamite)
Not only as a Barrister but she was also involved in the welcome song. All there presentations where awesome. I really appreciated the students who represent the all Nigeria Arm forces. Their presentation to me was the best.
It was all fun throughout yesterday and i came back with so much joy because my daughter took first position after being on second position for three terms now. Their was lot's of presents for the graduating students, the best students and all of the students. My daughter's class teacher came with a beautiful native attire. It was so beautiful that i asked her to take a shot with me hehe.
Oh! Let's i forget, they where dancers who made the events very colorful. The danced a song titled, oil on my head i really enjoyed their dancing steps. I was actually busy taking pictures and covering most of the interesting presentations from the students on there respective career groups.
I tried making a post same yesterday night but i couldn't. Was really stressed out. So, i retired to bed hoping to continue the nex morning which is Sunday.
Wha i ws doing on Sunday
The weekend continued till today which is Sunday. I woke up earlier today because i have plenty things to do today. So immediately i woke up, i did a little laundry, attend to the kitchen chores and went to our family get together/worship. In this get together, we sang different melodious songs selected by the children and after that, we danced and concluded with prayers. Don praying, we shared biscuits and sweets among everyone haha.
I went home to continue with my crypto mining. I watched some videos tasks and get their codes accordingly. It was already 3:00 PM, i started praying for our Christian meeting's which took place by 4:00PM. I was a bit late at the meetings and after the meetings, we took some pictures together as a family. What makes it more interesting is one of my elder sisters came for holidays with her children's. So, it was so nice to have them among us.
As you can see, i was doing enough this weekend starting from house chores, weekend shopping, attending school career day, had family get together and attending Christian meeting's. I think i have done enough this weekend and to wrap it up with the followings things. Writing post now and after that, i will still engage with threads on inloe, write More one post before saying goodbye to this weekend.Why i attended the school career day is because my daughter is one of their best students. The weekend shopping is to have enough food for the family throughout the weekend. The christian meetings was to worship the creator and the family get together was to promote peace and unity among all of us. These are my reasons for doing these things this weekend.
