Initially my strategy was to channel my resources only on three elements: Water, Fire and Neutral. Now I have also started to upgrade the other elements of the CL set, and I have finally finished upgrading the Life, Earth and Dragon summoners.
The average price of the rare summoner has fallen well below the symbolic value of 1 dollar, only the legendary QUIX THE DEVIOUS has a value of $8.90/BCX but being a legendary card only 11 BCX are needed, rather than the 116 BCX of the rare summoners.
However, current card values are among the lowest ever recorded, so this is the best chance a new player will have to get into the game with a small bankroll. Rebellion and Riftwatchers cards already have higher costs, so it may be less convenient to buy a new set to start playing.
