Some topics bring back memories that make you laugh and other makes you sad. Especially experiences we never imagined would happen to us. But it's good to remember them and be grateful to God for life and How far we have gone in this world.
I WILL NEVER FORGET the day that snake almost bit my hand. When I went for a sleepover at my best friend's house, cause my parents traveled to another neighboring town. We had just finished our dinner and decided to watch a movie but their mom said we should go to bed. We did but sneak out when she had gone to bed, as we were watching a movie, her mom came out to chase us inside and I put my hand under the chair to pick up my slippers and I felt something cold and I removed my hand, and told my friend and her mom that something was under the chair and the mom asked me what it was and I said no idea. So she asked that I look, only for me to peep and see a snake, the way I ran and screamed. Everybody ran outside with me. The father later came out and saved the day.
I WILL NEVER FORGET how I almost drowned because I wanted to learn how to swim. I went to my grandma's place for a holiday and met my cousins. One day we all decided to go and wash our clothes in the stream. After washing our clothes. My cousins decided to swim and I asked to be taught how to swim. My cousin carried me on his back, dropped me in the middle of the stream, and asked me to try and swim to shore. That is how I almost drowned, trying to swim to shore until someone rescued me.it's well
I WILL NEVER FORGET how I turn a cake into a Stone. My first time trying to bake a cake for my mom on her birthday, just because I wanted to impress her. I bought things for the cake and started the process of baking. After feeling on top of the world, my beloved cake turned to stone. Haa, my cake was so strong that nobody ate it, and it was thrown away. I felt very bad but still tried again.
I WILL NEVER FORGET how my father used Sugar to cook yam for us thinking it was salt. We all left for church with the hope that my dad would boil rice for us as usual, but he opted for yam instead, and my little brother had mistakenly taken the sugar container from the dining to the kitchen. So my dad ended up, putting it inside both the boiled yam and egg sauce that he made. Everything was sugary. We ate it like that.
I WILL NEVER FORGET how an armed robbery attack almost killed me. I was out in the night around 8 pm to buy things to drink tea. I went to get milk and milo as I didn't have anyone again in the house. A few miles away from my house, gunshot sounds were everywhere, I ran Helter Skelter for safety, and I ran into the the armed robber's hand and froze instantly. I don't know how I fell on the ground, but they walked away from me and continued their shooting, moving further. Grace covered me.
