I came across someone sharing this seven stages of mental development. In a way, it is a way of developing mindset for living a life of motivation. Or simply the good life, or a life of mission.

Here are the seven stages:

Stage 1: Unconscious Behavior

You have no awareness of your words and actions. All behavior is based on instinct—speaking and acting without thinking. You're completely operating at the level of animal instinct.

Stage 2: Self-Reflection

You begin to reflect on the reasons behind your behavior. You start thinking: "Why did I say that? Why did I do that?" You no longer blame external people and circumstances, but begin to reflect on yourself.

Stage 3: Self-Acceptance

You gradually accept your ordinariness and imperfections. You gain complete control over your emotions and become highly rational. You can block out all external noise and focus only on being yourself.

Stage 4: Knowledge and Action United

After long periods of self-awareness and reflection, your capacity for action grows stronger. Combined with long-term emotional management, you become increasingly self-disciplined. At this stage, your mind controls your behavior, making you exceptionally focused. When you act, your actions validate your thoughts.

Stage 5: Extreme Focus

You enter a state of intense focus—a state of obsession and passion toward your goals and results. When you enter this state, you unleash extraordinary wisdom and charisma.

Stage 6: Increased Life Force and Creativity

Your vitality and creativity gradually strengthen. Compassion continuously wells up from within. People who enter this stage truly understand what it means to "do no evil, do only good." As your altruistic heart continues to emerge, abundant resources will naturally flow toward you.

Stage 7: Finding Your Mission

You discover your mission and purpose, then dedicate your life to it. At this stage, you find your true self and know why you're alive.

If there are some truth to these, check where you are and see where you are heading next. Ultimately, the fortunate one will discover one's mission and purpose.
