Happy HPUD, you magnificent degenerates.
Today I powered up 266 HIVE. Not 2660. Not the fat stack I threw down in months past. Two hundred and sixty-six. A number so modest it practically apologizes for itself.
I won't lie, times are dry. The kind of dry where you check your wallet and hear a faint tumbleweed. I scraped this together from couch cushions, late-night HBD interest, and whatever wasn't nailed down. It's the crypto equivalent of paying for dinner with a ziplock bag of coins.
And you know what? I'm still smiling.
Because here's the thing about HIVE power: it compounds whether you're throwing down thousands or scraping together whatever you've got. 266 today stacks on everything I powered up before it. Next month might be bigger. The month after that, who knows. The point is showing up.
I've been on this chain long enough to know that consistency has a weird way of outrunning bursts of enthusiasm. The people who drift away aren't the ones who had a bad month. They're the ones who stopped showing up at all.
So here's my 266 HP, adding another brick to the wall. If you're in the same boat, if your power-up this month is a little embarrassing compared to the glory days, I see you. Do it anyway.
Happy Hive Power Up Day. Now point me at the pizza because I am officially broke.
