So someone sued Redbull courtesy of wrong product marketing. He was expecting Wings and after years of being a loyal customer, he decided to push it to another stage. A move well compensated and you can wish that could have been you.
Marketing is part of business, the easier one can reach a reasonable target audience the better. Competitions are high with one business trying to leverage the others' leakages. This is when you will know that you have to both get and also maintain your customers.
Anyway, there is also something I have discovered; an underlying fact that most businesses actually don't care about their customers. ALL they are after is keeping up this advertising routine on customers which can sometimes be boring and even moving further, very inconveniencing.
I could remember one of my friends that used to block all online ads on his browser so he could focus. Anyway the Internet is a platform of exposure and that's part of what adverts are meant to do. Advertisements are good but too much can seem like a disturbance.
Personally, I try to curb how I penetrate into my customers' DMs with messages so I reduce it down to once a week to give them a reminder that we are still in business through our weekly tips. This is me because others care less about this.

My experience has been with how this new internet banks are behaving. They keep calling and calling and calling. And when you feel you can save from yourself the entire disturbance by just blocking the number, the matter gets worse. They have numerous numbers to call you with and with auto recorded messages.
Just imagine you trying to meet up with something properly connected to the internet and that call just pops in. Or seeing a strange number as a business person and picking through to know who is on the line to only discover it is another routine disturbance. Must I be disturbed this much in order to know I am banking with these people?.
I just feel they are taking advantage of the slack monitoring as concerning the government because if customers could sue them for breaching privacy and creating a daily trend of distraction and on the other end, the authorities picked it up as a serious offense, it wouldn't be this way.
In conclusion, It was something a friend of mine just told, his number was mistaken for a loan guarantor and he has been receiving dozens of calls from these loan apps/online banks daily. As I said, these are auto voice notes meaning you can talk back to explain what is going on. It has been the situation with no day of facing this inconveniencing advertising tactics. It is a matter of when authorities will raise their note to warn this financial sector from such authorized privacy breach.
