What do you call a short hike with zero elevation gain? Well I would call it a Nature walk. It was an absolutely gorgeous morning to head through the woods, following this neat series of boardwalks. The river area was peaceful and serene. Only saw one other person walk by us, this is my kind of nature walk. More nature, fewer humans. Tons of squirrels chirping away in the trees too (We must have seen 3 or 4). It is amazing to watch them move so quickly, up then down, and around the tree at lightning speed. Honestly, really impressive little creatures. Hope you enjoyed our Nature walk.
