As far as I know, this is a male red winged black bird. (I am pretty sure that @melinda010100 would know for sure though!) I posted some pics of the female red winged black bird a couple of days ago, and really they look nothing alike. Incredible. I learned something new. Speaking of learning, it is a pretty good practise to try and learn something new everyday. Keeps the mind sharp. Continual learning is the ticket.
