Follow the trail they say! But if you are not sure, it can be a little precarious. Especially if you are alone. The turn off for Rae glacier was supposed to be somewhere over there, but it was not clearly marked, so it makes one feel a bit uneasy. One starts thinking about them there wild animals, the big furry kind, with the sharp claws..but wait, I have bear spray. No worries. Was this the end of the road, will I need to circle back? Maybe I’ll ask these other hikers which way to go, or just follow them! Now there’s an idea.
