Guitarist Diego spent his time wandering the streets of his city, which is why he never wanted that guitar. He didn't choose it, he didn't try it out in a store, he didn't dream about it when he started playing. It simply came into his hands as many things in life do: without warning and with no option to return it. What's more, it was a guitar that belonged to a very famous guitarist from Risignstar, and now it was in his hands.

It was a used guitar with a lot of history behind it, several marks on the wood, and a sound that didn't quite fit his playing style. At first, Diego had a hard time adapting to it, as it felt foreign to him, as if it belonged to another story, another rhythm. That's why he had to tune it many times, but it seemed to remind him that not everything important is obtained through desire, but through circumstance.

For a while, he left it in its case to forget about that guitar and played other instruments, but it was almost impossible to stop thinking about each string and that sound, and he returned to it. It wasn't out of pleasure, but rather a kind of responsibility to keep that instrument alive, as if the guitar wasn't asking to be loved, just to be played for much longer. As the days went by, he got into the rhythm and understood that this instrument carried more than just wood and strings; there were songs hidden there, mistakes he hadn't made, but which were now under his fingers, so he had to respect and create his own path with the guitar.

The guitar had something different about it, and that was that it never completely adapted to him. It was Diego who had to change. He adjusted his playing style, slowed down, listened more, and that's how he felt more comfortable. He began to play and combine sounds of his own accord, and in that uncomfortable process, he began to recognize a simple truth: many things in life are not chosen, they are inherited, and the guitar is a very valuable instrument.

One day, he stopped thinking of the guitar as something borrowed from that rising star musician and focused on the fact that it was his, not because it had become perfect, but because he understood that it was no longer about possession, but about decision. He began to play it without complaining, without comparing it, calmly, where the guitar remained the same. The guitarist did not.

And that's when he realized that destiny doesn't always come as a gift. Sometimes it comes as an instrument you didn't ask for, waiting for you to decide whether to leave it silent or learn to make music with it throughout your musical career.
