There was a time when I thought being healthy only meant following strict routines and never missing a workout or meal plan.

But honestly… real wellness is also about confidence, enjoying life, dressing up for yourself, and feeling comfortable with who you are ✨

As a nutritionist, I spend so much time helping others build healthier habits that sometimes I forget to appreciate my own journey too. And no, I’m not perfect. I still have days where I feel tired, insecure, or overwhelmed.

But little by little I’ve learned that taking care of yourself is not punishment — it’s self-respect 💜

Tonight I just wanted to feel pretty, relaxed, and happy with the woman I’m becoming.

And that matters too 🌿
