Hello, ladies of Hive!
As humans, we have emotions and feelings that could cause us not to be open to others. Whenever you want to open, you will find it harder to say it out, the reasons been that people might misunderstand me and tend to make a mockery of me instead of being covered or protected.
The feeling I find it difficult to open up to someone is shame.
Which feelings or emotions do you find most difficult to open up about, and what helps to make it easier to share?
As I said, it's a shame, you know, when you did something, expecting the result of it to be positive, and it turned out to be positive, and it also ended in shame, you will feel it on yourself, and you will be scared to share it with others.
I had a very beautiful girlfriend and she has a health challenge that I couldn't figure out. She had a fibroid and this sickness has been responsible for her missing menstruation every month. For about 4 months she wasn't menstruating, and I knew right well that she wasn't pregnant and told her to conduct a test to be sure it was not a pregnancy. She did and nothing was there.

I had to call my elder sister and tell her what happened to my girlfriend, and she questioned me a lot. I felt so ashamed and told her to understand with me that there's nothing like pregnancy but fibroids. Since my sister questioned me, I couldn't share it with any other person again. Instead, natural herbs solve the problem by restoring her cycle to normal.
It wasn't easy, I had to bear and seek a solution for her.
Thank you very much, ladiesofhive! #297
