Merry Christmas to you all how are we on enjoying this Christmas hope we all are doing great I glad overwhelmto share this recipe of my jollof rice.
My jollof rice
Ingredients
White rice
Fresh tomatoes
Tomatoes pasta
Onions
Pepper
Salt.
procedure
I started by burning my white rice
What's my rice is boiling I started slicing my onions
I sliced my tomato
Sliced my carrot
Sliced my green beans
Pond my pepper with monter
Cooking process.
I heat up my pan firstly
I added my onions to it
I followed by putting my fresh tomatoe
I added my salt to taste
Added my tomato paste
I add pepper to it
Stir to incorporate very well
I added water into the pot.
Added my white barboied rice in it and stri to Cook
Once the rice was ready I put in my carrot and green beans into the pot of Rice and stri to incorporate.
And here is my delicious rice thanks for watching me cook it I and my family enjoyed it very well thank once again an mreey Christmas to you all.
