You know how sometimes when your battle screen just pops up sometimes and you see your opponent’s line up and go “Damn, this looks like a battle I’ll lose, but if I win it, the boys gon hear for sure”?😂That’s what the battle I’m going to share with you now was.
Hey battle mages, welcome to another week of my mid battles, with a touch of humor in the commentary. Lol. The battle I’m about to share unfortunately ended in a loss. I’m not sure I’ve shared a battle where I lost in a long time, so I guess it’s about time. Now without further ado, let’s get into it.

Interesting thing is that this battle, like my battle, was an experiment. I just found a new monster I've been experimenting with around the time I played this battle, so the battle was entirely a test. I'll probably write a separate post tomorrow to give you some tips on using him.
Kulu Mastermind
I'll probably write more details about him in another post, but in this battle I was basscially how to effectively use it's weapons training ability with a no-attack monster like Ulundin Overseer.
I believe my opponent predicted me to a T by watching my past battle history. I had used Kulu Mastermind in literally every battle before this one, so that gave me out that I'll probably go melee. Knowing that, they decided to come to battle with Eternal Tofu, who if you know, you'll know I was eternally fucked with my melee line up!
Aside Eternal Tofu, he also brought a Katrelba. Like bro, chill, please.
I came to this battle pretty confident I was going to win, but after seeing the Katrelba, I started doubting my conviction. One thing good thing about the summoner I was using is that is has an enfeeble ability, which won't allow the Katrelba over buff and be a huge pain for me.
The Battle
Before the battle started, summoner buffs took effect. Enfeeble, Thorns, Retaliate, Snare, Blinded.
Round 1
Kulu did his job and killed the backliner on my opponent's team. Almost even took out the Katrelba in the first round. But with each damage it did, Eternal Tofu's Thorns ripped pieces of him apart. By the end of round 1, he was in pretty bad shape, very close to drawing his last breath. But at least so was the Katrelba, so it's not entirely bad, right.
Round 2
I finally took down the Katrelba, but at what cost? It took close to everything for Kulu to slay her. Now we both had 2 monsters on our teams, but as you can tell, odds were not looking too good in my favor.
Round 3
In attempt to snuff out Goblin Psychic with an almighty swing, Kulu got stung by thorns. Leaving Ulundin Overseer against a tank with very good health, and supported further by a tank heal with considerable magic attack was when I knew I lost.
Round 4
And eventually, Ulundin Overseer was brought down to his knees. I have to admit though, it was a close one. I believe this battle would've ended very differently if Kulu took down the Goblin with him. Ulundin vs just Terraceous Grunt, I think I would've won that.
