Here we are at the first week of the new year 2024. I would like to say
I hope this year we will have a lot better of everything. Better health, better work, better fortune... everything.
Another day, another my Starbits Every Night post... I am sorry for delaying this event for days. During the Christmas and New year, I was giving more space for me time. I thought I needed some rest, limited my self to sit in front of my laptop. a routine post I make on a night time when I play Rising Star Game. I have been very busy recently so I am sorry if I can not post my Giveaway regularly.
As the result... My rank in #risingstar dropped and I needed to gather or save up a lot of $STARBITS in order to get more cards and pushed up my rank back to top 100. Well It worked, however some people thought I retired from this giveaway.

DUTCH ONE HIT WONDER
They were ALICE DEEJAY, the name itself really confused me that time. I thought she was a solo Artist, with the name of ALICE and I did not know what DEEJAY was anyway. DEEJAY stood as a slank from DJ, nowadays this would sound cheesy and silly.
Alice Deejay or Alice DJ was a Dutch dance pop group from Dutch are a Dutch Eurodance-pop project founded by Wessel van Diepen, Dennis van den Driesschen, Sebastiaan Molijn and Eelke Kalberg. and Judith Anna Pronk. So there was not any Alice in there and definitely not a Solo Artist.
They were trying not to be a one hit wonder, in fact they managed to publish some singles... However this "BETTER OFF ALONE" was their only international success, very successful in deed... so I think its still safe to say they were one hit wonder.
Better Off Alone was actually released first in 1997 as an instrumental single. This pop dance song with vocal is a re-released edition from the original, and if I recalled correctly, the name initially was Alice Deejay featuring DJ Jurgen. Later they removed DJ Jurgen name.
One of the reason why they stopped as a group was due to their Lead Singer retired. She found another passion, retired from singing then became a Make Up Artist.
