After writing a post about my kids and their savings here on chain a few days ago I have been trying to get them started back into some things that I thought might interest them on chain. They pulled up their splinterlands account and bought a couple cards for a few pennies and they made a post about it. My oldest boy says he is going to retire off rentals once his chaos legion common cards rent out for 1000s.
my boys said they might start a trick shot video series too. So watch out world the @jbros are coming at you with some content soon I hope.
After seeing all the rebellion cards on the market I decided that I should buy at least 1 pack of the new series. I have bought packs in every other series. I could not be left out of this one. So I pulled the trigger and bought one pack just for the thrill and for nostalgia.
4000 DEC and 5 Vouchers this is what I pulled.
Nothing great in this one this time.
I remember the Alpha day where I was opening these things by the 100s. All in search for the elusive gold foil legendaries.
I wish I had those still.
Well, I can now say that i have purchased and opened a rebellion pack. Until next set I guess.
This did get me wanting to open some basketball card packs in person. Maybe sometime this year I will buy a box. Too many hobbies.
