Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un sano y nutritivo zumo de remolacha, espinacas limón y zanahoria, esta combinación de salud y bienestar no solo es deliciosa, sino que también está repleta de nutrientes esenciales que benefician nuestro cuerpo, además de refrescarnos, la dulzura de la zanahoria y la remolacha se entrelazan creando un sabor que es a la vez dulce y terroso. INGREDIENTS||INGREDIENTES:

PREPARATION||PREPARACIÓN:
We begin by washing with plenty of water, remove the skin of the carrot and beet, then cut into small pieces to facilitate its liquefaction.
Comenzamos lavando con abundante agua, quitamos la piel a la zanahoria y la remolacha, seguidamente cortamos en trozos pequeños para facilitar su licuado.
Next, place the carrot and beet pieces in the blender cup, add the water and blend on high.
Enseguida colocamos los trozos de zanahoria y remolacha en el vaso de la licuadora, agregamos el agua y licuamos a nivel alto.
