My first destination was a 50-hour journey away on the least comfortable bus in the world (3,126 km.).

I chose Romania as first stop because they have plenty of interesting history behind, legends (who doesn't know Vlad Tepes III aka "Dracula"), nice architecture and beautiful Nature (in fact, they have the biggest wild bear reserve of entire Europe).

  • View of The Black Church (Biserica Neagră), a prominent 14th-century Gothic cathedral with its bell tower reaching 65 meters in height.

  • Playground next to the old wall that surrounds the entire city, at the foot of the Tampa Nature Reserve.

  • 'Strada Sforii' —commonly known as 'Rope Street'—, is the third narrowest street in Europe, measuring 111 centimetre at its narrowest point and 135 centimetres at its widest, spanning a length of 80 metres. This medieval cobbled alleyway was originally constructed in the 15th century as a shortcut for firefighters to access the city's main thoroughfares.

  • Romanian Lei bills are beautiful (100 RON = ~20 EUR).

  • 'Cemetery of the Heroes of the First and Second World Wars'.
