We have been doing a guess the number game to increase engagement on curator posts, it is doing so but not really in any meaningful name beside making the numbers look better.
Fear not we are still going to keep the guessing game going however there will be a reduction in the prize offering.
However there is some good news we are also introducing something new!
Guessing game change
So moving forward the guess the number game will be 0.1 DUO Prize per day if no one guesses right we move it up by 0.1,
Also you will no longer need to look for the range.
The something new
We are going to reward the best comment left on @duo-curator posts with 0.2 DUO, each post we release will have 1 of these rewards.
The logic here is that we should get more meaningful engagement with the same DUO allocation.
It is also important to keep in mind that thing can change especially as we move, on for instance right now is a great time to be writing guest posts for DUO you get 5 DUO guaranteed and you can also choose to get the a full DUO payout on top of the 5 instead of getting HP and HBD from the guest post.
That is not going to be the case indefinitely the guest author bonus is likely to drop soon and also the second trance is getting close to selling out when that happens the price moves to 1.5 hive per DUO, as we move forward getting DUO will become more costly so it is wise to buy in and earn in now.

Important
DUO stakers are free to unstake as they please however we ask that when you do so you notify the DUO team, we set the curation up manually and letting us know keeps things fair for the other stakers.
Failure to do so will result in a 50% drop on curation on the remaining stake (Assuming its over 200 after the unstake as a reminder 200 is our minimum for curation) for a period of 1 week, there is no penalty for unstaking, only if it's done without notification to the DUO team.

We have targeted voting weights however they may be adjusted to ensure that @duo-curator is maintaining healthy mana levels.

Manual curation
When the voting mana is running high (above 85%) we have created a queue of our stakers who will receive an increased manual upvote when this is happening. First you must receive a normal vote from the @duo-curator to be eligible for the boost. The boost percentage will be up to 50% of a vote. Once you receive an additional curation your name moves to the bottom of the list so that everyone has a chance to benefit from this. New stakers that buy and stake at least 200 DUO will start at the bottom of the list to be fair.

Remember a minimum of 200 DUO staked is required to be eligible for curation.
