Whenever I hear the name of the movie "Peaks Blinders", I am reminded of Tommy, the lead actor in a series I watched. One of the things I admire about him is his habit of checking the time frequently, as his character is portrayed as a very busy man. Despite his busy schedule, he manages to attend to all his responsibilities by keeping track of time and planning accordingly. This is a valuable lesson I learned from the movie and that is you have enough time.
Time is invaluable and unfortunately, irreplaceable. However, many individuals struggle with managing it effectively. This is often due to prioritizing earning money over time management, which leads to difficulty in balancing responsibilities. While money is an important aspect of life, it should not be the sole focus as other essential aspects require attention. Neglecting these can lead to poor time management skills and a day that feels too short to accomplish everything.
We have so many people who lost their families, relationships, and good things because they don't know how to manage their time. Most people just leave life as it is, and they don't know how valuable time is, they can't manage anything they have. We have very busy people who create time for everything that they want to do just because they have a proper schedule for their activities, which creates more time for them to attend to everything that they want to attend to and helps them to hold on to relationships, build good families and also enjoy their life.
One of the reasons why people go from grace to grass is because they lose the touch of managing their time. When we are going up, we build some valuable relationship that projects us to the top, but when some people go to get to the top, they can not maintain this relationship anymore just because they fail to create time for the relationship that I have built over the years which bring about their downfall and at ground zero again they started building that relationship all over again.
Money is often given priority above all else, and that is what we mostly make time for, leading to the belief that one can always find time for what one truly desires. As humans, it is crucial to prioritize effective time management over our wants and needs. One of those things people don't understand is that you can always make as much money as you want, but you can never make time back and immediately you misuse your time it is gone forever.
There has always been an argument about the most important between money and time. Some people will tell you that it is time, and some will disagree. But, the truth is anybody can make money even without properly managing their time. Proper time management is key to creating value and living a balanced life where you are appreciated and respected. If your sole priority is money, understanding people may be difficult and you may struggle to earn the love and respect of your family. However, if you can effectively manage your time, you can achieve all of these things and also create value. People will not only recognize you for your financial success but also for the person you are.
The importance of managing time is limitless; that is why we must include it in our development. We must be able to create a proper schedule and follow it. As we are chasing money we must be able to prioritize time also because one doesn't work perfectly without the other.
