Helping strangers has suddenly become terrifying. Sometimes people disguise themselves as helpless beggars or someone stranded needing help, only for those who decide to help them to suffer harm or loss. In their struggle to survive, many people have become wicked, going to great lengths to harm their victims and rob them of their belongings. There are different stories of people who, out of their generous hearts, decided to help a stranger, but the stranger repaid their generosity with wickedness. Not every stranger acting as a beggar or someone stranded is actually in need; some are there for a different reason—either to kill, rob, or discover certain secrets.

One act of wickedness that's common among us is helping people who claim to be stranded—especially when you're driving on a motorcycle that still looks new or is new. There was a man who once helped someone who claimed to be stranded and needed a ride. When the rider approached him, he decided to stop, hoping to give him a lift back home. On their way, the one who claimed to have been stranded pulled out a heavy metal object and hit the rider hard on the head. The one who claimed to be stranded tried to strangle the rider, who had fallen to the ground, but luckily for him that day, someone was in his farm when he suddenly heard the scream and quickly went to rescue him.

When the man who claimed to be stranded noticed that the farmer was coming, he ran away, leaving the rider and the bike. He didn't succeed in killing or stealing the man's bike. The man was rushed to the hospital and luckily survived the hit. Though the man survived, something changed in him. He completely stopped helping strangers on the way because of that one experience. He was lucky to have survived, but there are many people who have died in the process of helping strangers. News like this has hardened the hearts of many, just like the rider's, to render help to strangers. The world is no longer safe; people can go to any length to make wealth or satisfy their envy, and that's why people no longer give help to strangers.

Some people may see it as wickedness, but in a world like ours, it's security. Unfortunately, not everyone can discern the good from the bad ones, and that's why precautions are put in place. While love still dwells, one needs to be sober and vigilant in accommodating strangers.
