Un saludo caluroso a los compañeros de esta estupenda comunidad #amazingdrinks, hoy vuelvo nuevamente a publicar por acá. Les traigo un jugo que preparé en la mañana de hoy
un 3 en 1 para la sangre y para aumentar nuestras defensas, este jugo es especialmente para reforzar el sistema inmunológico. Espero que les guste.

_3 naranjas.
_1 zanahoria.
_2 cucharadas de azúcar.
_2 vasos de agua filtrada.
_1 remolacha.
3 oranges.
1 carrot.
2 tablespoons sugar.
2 glasses of filtered water.

1.- Empezamos lavando y picando en dos las naranjas, utilizamos un exprimidor manual para exprimir las tres naranjas. To reserve.

2.- Ahora lavamos la tabla y agarro la remolacha, le quito la concha y luego lavo muy bien para picar en trozos pequeños la remolacha. Reservo.

4.- Ya con todos los ingredientes listos: el jugo de naranja, la remolacha y la zanahoria picada.

5.- Empezamos con el jugo de naranja previamente colado agregamos a la licuadora.

8- Agrego los dos vasos de agua filtrada a la licuadora, batimos fuertemente.

10.- Seguidamente, cuelo y sirvo nuestro 3 en 1. Para esta receta obtuvimos 3 vasos, que los repartí entre mi familia: mi madre, mi pareja y yo.
