The Valentine season may or may not be over but there must have still been some highlights for you. Share a personal experience of how Valentine's week went, whether you were indoors or out, and tell us about any crazy/hilarious event(s) you witnessed on this year's Valentine's Day.
I think this year Valentine's Day is one I will always remember and have recorded in my train of memory in the sand of time, it was one hell of a day. Not like I used to do anything meaningful one Valentine's Day or see it special, I just assume it to be a day just like every other day and never make a fuss or make a big deal about it but this year's Valentine's came in such a tremendous way.
I had two exams that faithful day, one in the early hours of 8 am and the other by 3 pm, I really can not explain what was happening to me throughout the day even before Valentine's Day but that particular day among all the exams I had ever written was the worst day of my life.
I got my exam papers and couldn't write anything but stare at the papers, I practically forgot everything I read the previous night I stayed awake to read and the early hours of the morning before I went in for my first exams and it also happened when I was writing my 3 pm exams.
I just sat and stared at my exam script, I couldn't recall anything I read and couldn't write anything on my paper other than my name and my registration number. Funny enough, I couldn't even muster the courage to ask anyone around me, it felt like I was in the hall alone, and all I did was wait till the invigilator asked for our script and I handed over my script and left the hall.
I was supposed to be crying, but I was just laughing while I explained my ordeal to my friends and they were all shocked because before we went into the hall, we asked each other questions and I answered properly and even corrected them where they made mistakes with spellings or whatever names they weren't correct, only for them to hear me say I didn't write anything and I was still laughing while I told them how I forgot everything I read in the exams hall.
They were shocked about it and even felt I was lying because I was laughing, but they knew me so well that I wouldn't lie with such a joke because it was too expensive, and when they realized I wasn't lying, they asked me what happened, and I told them, I didn't know and couldn't place my hands on what happened inside the exams hall.
Although I never showed them my fear, I was worried because this was the first time such a thing had ever happened to me in an exam hall, I submitted a blank sheet. Well, while we were all heading home, one of us decided to treat us to a treat as it was also our last paper for the semester, and also as a way of wishing us happy Valentine's Day.
So, we decided to go out for a drink, that day, and that kind of set as a distraction for me, and kind of calmed my troubling mind because it was getting hard to believe what happened in my exam hall that particular day.
So, when of the craziest events that happened in my life this year Valentine's Day was witnessing myself go dumbstruck and and still in the exam hall on my final papers for this semester. I am not sure I am ever going to forget this particular Valentine Day in a hurry because such has never happened to me.
