Being a leader in every position or organization is suppose to be an example where the leader is suppose to carry everyone along by showing good example and also lead his or her followers to the right path. The steps taken to achieve goals by the leader is suppose to be motivating to others in other to know which way is right or wrong in the destination for success.
As a leader, there should be positive qualities shown in other for people to look up to in bringing out positive result in them. However we arent experiencing such qualities from most leaders these days because most of them now are not really showing concern about others instead they only fight for what they personally want to gain which is really not a good example to showcase.
Leadership is suppose to be a role where they are to carry people along by showing quality moves and actions which will motivate people with hope for the best to come. But when it now comes to a situation where promises is only made without action that is when doubt will showcase about a particular leader that is not showing a good example.
Being a leader don't actually mean you have to secure a higher position in an organisation or political office but it means how you can carry others along in achieving a particular goal. There are situations where a leader cant achieve goals without people who supports them or follow them instead working together will really make a better difference in terms of how you relate with them as a leader.
Most leaders we have today in some organizations are really not leaders but dealers because this kind of so call leaders dont care about the feelings of humans but only care about what their pockets will achieve. The qualities that a leader is needed to show at first is the manner of approach which is very important. As a leader when you start talking to people rudely, you will surely lose respect because that is really not a good sign or manner of approach.
A leader is suppose to be someone who has vision for the future and for such leader to actually occupy that sit, there is assurance that the promise for a better future has been laid down. To have a good leadership, only depends on actions but to maintain the sit requires teamwork which is suppose to be a collaboration with the followers.
When a good example is displayed by a leader, everyone involve will want to be part of the success story but when there is no sign for progress, it becomes a situation where the same followers will intend to condemn. So it is really advisable to showcase good leadership for future reference.
