This drink is a combination of ginger, cloves, water and sugar for all ginger lovers. It is rich with so much goodness and that too packed with lots of health benefits. Ginger cloves tea is good to drink cause first it helps to boost metabolism and that's because ginger contains compounds called gingerols and shogaols that stimulate digestion and increase the burning of calories. While cloves are rich in eugenol that helps to regulate metabolism.

Also this tea helps to also balance blood sugar levels, support detoxification which aid in flushing out toxins from the body and also suppresses appetite.

To get started with our ginger cloves tea, these were the ingredients used:

*Ginger ( 1 full spoon blended ginger)
*Cloves ( 1teaspoon small)
*Sugar ( 1teaspoon)
*Water ( medium cup)

PROCEDURES

To begin, first I added my water into a bowl after which I added the blended ginger and then rinsed my cloves and added it as well into the bowl and stir with a spoon. After doing this I set the mixture on the fire to come to a boil so as to release it essence.

I allowed to boil for about 20 minutes after it has released all it nutrients and the water changed from white to brown color.

I allowed to cool off a bit and went ahead to seive the mixture so as to separate the juice from the chaff.

when that was done, I added my sugar stirred and then enjoy my healthy tea.
