Hello lovers of @amazingdrink, welcome you all to my blog. Today am thrilled to share with us all a delightful recipe formulation which helps to rejuvenates the body and also serves as an energy drink.
This drink is a combination of two ingredients which is commonly found in our various locality and are Amstel Malta and liquid peak milk. This two ingredients combined together is a concoction of minerals that helps the body to relax. It is rich in vitamin B2, B3, B6 and so many nutrients to provide the body with energy throughout the day. It also helps to keep the skin fresh and healthy too.
It is rich with so much goodness and that too packed with lots of health benefits. I remember those days as kids, mommy always prepares it for us whenever we complain of being weak and tired especially when we are ill to help us regain our strength faster. because its an energy drink, I never get tired of drinking this combination because it tastes so refreshing and creamy too.
To get started with the malted milk drink, this were the two common ingredients I used which can easily be found in our various locality.
*Amstel Malta (330ml)
*Liquid peak milk (87g)
Materials needed
*Cup
*Spoon
PROCEDURES
This procedure requires not so much of your time to make as first, all you need to do is get yourself a sizable cup that would be able to contain the both ingredients since they are in liquid form. So I used a clean cup and first pour in my Amstel Malta for a start.
After pouring in the malt, I went in to empty the peak milk into the cup containing the malt and then with the help of my spoon I stirred the mixture to combine well and our Malta Milk drink is ready to be consumed.
