What's up people, it's falcon here, putting together a blog, and today, it's not just a blog but a celebratory one. In my previous post, I set a challenge for myself to achieve 15K Leo power before February #lpud. In fact, I gave it a title that really put me under pressure to achieve it.
I told the LeoFinance and Hive community "15K or bust before Feb. LPUD" (15th February 2025).
At the time of writing, the value of Leo was somewhere close to 0.06, and I had budgeted that in the worst-case scenario, if it goes to say 0.08 - 0.09, I should still be able to buy it by DCAing my little income. I try my best to set aside some funds for crypto projects I believe in, and Leo is starting to become one of my top cryptos.
Why 15K
I explained in my previous blog that I was motivated by the rankings inLeo has set for stakers. Over a month to 2, I have been gradually moving up the ranks. From a kitten (1K LP) to Cub (5K LP) where I was before today.

Lucky Me:
The gods of Leo saw my desire for more Leo tokens and decided to lower the price for me to purchase. There's been a sudden dip this week to 0.03 which, as a long-term Leo investor, I see as an opportunity to, well you know:
Buy the dip
Someone owed me 620 dollars, and maybe the gods of Leo touched his heart to pay me back today. I said well, here is my chance to leap high with my 100K Leo goal for 2025.
I bought 18K Leo at 0.033 while it was hot 🔥.
But before today, I had already moved the 7.5K I had when I made the challenge blog to 9K. So adding that to today's purchase took my LP to a cool 27K.
A Real Lion Now
To be a lion, you would need to have 15K Leo, and I'm so happy to write that I have almost doubled that today.

I tried curating some people who responded to my threads as I announced my purchase, and I saw some sweet sweet money come on their thread. This makes me so happy. Now my upvote means something (little but something). People used to upvote me, and now I am able to upvote others.
Enough Patting on the Back, What's Next:
As I said in my previous blog, I'm really learning a lot from the leader of the inLeo project. When he achieves a goal, he celebrates in a few hours if not minutes, and then it's old news; he focuses on what's next. As such, I'm focusing on what's next.
If I have achieved 27K in the middle of the week, then it's wise and obvious to target 30K before the end of this week.
And oh, I forgot to say, I didn't bust 😂.
I would need a new goal to achieve before February LPUD since the 15K has been over-achieved. I would set that target this Sunday if and when I achieve the 30K LP goal I have set for myself this week.
