Today I went to the local market for some daily shopping. Amidst the hustle and bustle of people around, I suddenly caught sight of this vegetable shop. This shop was a little different from the other ten shops, because behind it was the tireless work of a young teenager.
At such a young age, when many of his peers were playing sports or chatting, he accepted the difficult reality of life with a smile. Fresh green chilies, lemons and carrots arranged in rows in the shop. He is keeping an eye on the customers with great skill, measuring the vegetables on a digital scale and handling the sales with his agile hands.
Seeing the agility in his eyes and concentration on work really filled my heart. The responsibility he is showing at this age in the pursuit of life or in taking care of his family is really inspiring. No task is small, and this teenager reminded me again today of the unique glory that lies in working hard with honesty.
